Steve M. Inabnit, Professional Land Surveyor, Montana registration No. 9328LS: Steve has been president of Eli & Associates since 1998. He also leads our crew of surveyors and draftsmen to provide you with quality land surveys, subdivision plats, and construction staking. Steve is experienced in nearly all facets of land surveying, including: ownership and boundary research, corner research, boundary, mineral claim, and HES retracements, topo, ALTA, Quantity subdivision development, photo control and accident surveys. He is proficient with Conventional, Robotic, and GPS equipment.

Jeffrey A. Pearson, Professional Engineer, Montana Registration No. 9370: Jeff heads our engineering department and is an expert in Civil and Municipal Engineering for streets, water, sewer, and storm sewer. He and his team will help you with design, inspection, and approvals for health and sanitation systems, roads, sidewalks and other needed infrastructure. Jeff can also help you select a capable contractor to complete your infrastructure construction.

Ron Ewart, Land Use Planner, MS in Regional Planning: Ron specializes in land use planning and subdivision design. He leads our planning department to provide you with complete land planning services, including subdivision design, governing body review and approval, and agency coordination. Ron and his team can also assist you with project feasibility studies, data analysis, systematic research, and site plan preparation.

Mark Huber, Director of Operations, BS in Resource Conservation: Mark coordinates our internal operations and is our point of contact for new projects and customer service. He can assist you with project scope, timelines, and estimates.
